LUCKY FOR ME WE HAVE DVR!!!
Tomorrow night is an early date night with another hockey game. Luckily our seats are a WEE bit better than last time, but not as much. I'm hoping that there are not a lot of San Jose fans and the off street parking will be back to its normal $10. for parking. I just about had a heart attack when we paid $20 for the Kings game. We ran into another friend and he too said the price was up because it was the Kings. We sucked it up and payed the parking fee, sure as hell beat trying to fight our way out of the Pond. My boys, the Redwings will also be playing tomorrow night, so I'll record it to watch on Thurs. Makes getting on the treadmill easier when I have something decent to watch. And I get to forward through all those damn commericals to boot. Yeah, exciting life I lead eh? Oh well, off to get the light of my life from school.

CHILI ANY ONE?
Sat. I made up a huge pot of vegitarian chili in anticipation for Aussie & Athena's arrivale. Well Aussie's little dog got hurt and they ended up spending time at the emergency vets until the wee hours of the morning. Winston is fine, he some how managed to pop his elbow out of whack, but the girls were whipped. They also did not want to leave him unattended all day on Sunday. So our plans were canceled. Today when I pick up Pudd'n from my mom's, guess what she has for me? A pot of regualr chili!!!! So in to freezer containers the veggie chili goes. Bitches BETTER take it with them next weekend at my anti super bowl party. LOL!

I was a busy witch today for sure! My regualr customer at Slappy's called last night. She wants 4 of my taurus soaps ready for her today when she comes in for dinner. So I whipped those up along with some other blends that I've had people ask for. I finally broke down and revamped my site. I had to close the other store and start up with a new one. So click on the banner and check out my changes. Two bloggers have inspired two new blends of soaps that I have up for sale.

Well I had good intentions of getting on the treadmill while watching my hockey game. For what ever reason, my hip is killing me and after wrestling 90lbs of "I don't want to go in to the bath tub" Goat puppy, my back is KILLING me.
Some how drinking whiskey, SITTING and watching taped hockey game seemed more like a good idea. Luckily rodent will be much easier to bathe tomorrow. She weighs 7lbs soaking wet.

WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE......................
Ok, Kelly over at Mom is Nutz has a wicked sense of humor and is alway bagging on me for being a witch. She's created a new soap for me to make up along with a catchy advertisement to go with it. "Satan's Soap" Feeling evil? Want to insure your suite at the hellfire and brimstone palace is guaranteed? Well, look no further, wash your ass with these bits of Beezelbub and it is a 100% fully paid flight to the land of gnashing teeth and wailing. Buy one for ALL your friends! Especially get some for univited guests...like those damn missionary bastards! ROFLMAO! That girl missed her calling in the advertisment field.

I called Spaz this afternoon and got her message machine. So I left her a quick message telling her where we were off to and I'd catch her later. Well, my phone rings en route to the Winter Formal. I pick it up and hear nothing but hysterical laughter on the other end.
Yeah, fuck you too Spaz! She was having quiet the laugh at my expense. HEY! I can be a good chaperone! This statement gave her another round of laughter. Bitch. Any way, we had a GREAT time. It was so neat to see all the kids dressed up. The dresses were stunning! The dresses the girls wear now are much nicer than the frumpy sack bags we had to wear back in the stone age. There was sundae bars set up and dessert tables too. It was a great time and we look forward to doing it again. And no, smarty pants. I did not teach the kids to do shooters I did not pass out condoms and I did not pack my flask. Thppppppppppttttttt!

Aussie has saved Joe from a fate worse than death. She has placed my banner on my blog for me so Joe would not have to try and walk me through doing it. You are a lucky, lucky man Joe. So there it is! My banner made by Joe and slapped up on my site by Aussie. :) Thank you both so very much! Guess who is going to chaperone winter formal tonight? BUH HA HA HAHAH! ME!!!! They had some chaperone's cancel so Steve and I are going to take their place. Should be fun. MUH HA HA HAHA!

I NEED A VACATION..........NOW!!!
I was just going over my photos of my trip to Cancun last year. My soul mate Spaz (we've known each other going on 27 years now) paid for my trip to accompany her there last year. It was a blast. The room was fabulous, the food to die for and the scenery around us breath taking. What I wouldn't give for even just a weekend away ANYWHERE at this point. Babs had sent me some lovely sites for local places here. As long as it has a jacuzzy tub and lots of trees, I'm there. But alas, my brother's wedding is going to break the bank. *Heavy sigh* At least Spaz will be with me for that one. I told my sister Angie to give her kid to her daddy and the three of us will cut loose at Ryan's wedding. MUH HA HA HA HAHA! Is it Oct. yet???

Ok, so WHEN is the fucking superbowl??
I thought the damn thing was at the end of the month? Kerry tells me that it is on Feb 5th. Looks like I'll be having two parties. I had everything planned out for next weekend with Aussie & Athena and hopefully a cameo from Dru. I call Kerry to double check that she will make it. Kerry informs me that I've got the dates wrong and not only do I have it wrong, three more people are coming to my house!! Oh well. I like to hostess parties any way.

PARTAY TIME.............
As most of you know, I'm a hockey fan. I personally could give a rat's ass about the Superbowl. We will more than likely close the resturant on Superbowl Sunday because we just don't get the crowd. And if for some strange reason, Mr. Big decides to keep the place open, I'm STILL not coming in. I worked 2 superbowls in that place and it was NOT worth my time. So instead some of my girls will come over and we'll hang out eating, sewing and playing board games. I was going to make it a wee bit of a bigger party, but just rather keep it small. Goat puppy will be happy to have the schmoops to play with. He was so sad when they left New Year's day. I've got a pizza in the oven, hope Pudd'n eats it. No worries if he does not, it will breakfast for me. He's such a love bug.

It's a start eh? I've already have other ideas for changing things around on my store page. But I can't do them until the first 30 days are up. My darling husband gave me my birthday present early (8 months early!). It's a book with 5,000 spells in it. I've been having a blast going through it and marking the pages of things I want to try. Wish we could get some rain. Spring is here early and everything is in bloom. We normally have rain in Jan/Feb, but so far we've gotten shit for it. It's all my fault too. We got Pudd'n some rain boots and new wipers on the cars. So of course, since we are ready, it is not going to rain. *Heavy sigh*

Don't drink and try to set up a store on Ebay............... Babs and I are now trying to fix a big flub. I don't have my Aquarius soap or my Picsese soap on my site. My darling step mom just bought 6 bars. I'm excited. I'm going to go drink some more Brandy right now. Everyone have a good weekend and I'll post when I can keep a train of thought...........

ALONE AND LOVING IT!
Pudd'n is at Grandmaland and Steve is at a company function for the night. Hot damn! I don't have to cook, clean or entertain any one but myself! My mom had cooked me a roast even! So I had that for dinner, walked the dogs, showered, read a book and now I'm waiting for Babs. Tonight will be the night I get my on line store up an running for my soaps. I had to get 20 positive comments before I could get a store set up on Ebay. I had 19. Fuckers. So Ordianry Joe was kind enough to help me out and now I have the required number. After that, Babs and I will be going to the movies. I haven't been this relaxed in a long time.

We were slammed tonight! Hot Damn! Got to make some money! I'm in serious pain though. Horse back riding and yard work will do it to you every time. I am thourally whipped. Found out the previous tennent in Athena & Aussie's new digs DIED there! 92 year old woman fell and she could not get up. Well, she went in to the bathroom and died there. Kind of like Elvis, only she wasn't on the shitter.

What a busy day.
Got Kip ridden while the Goat puppy ran around eating every manure pile in sight. It was so damn cold this morning that Kip did not even work up a sweat. I kept him at a steady jog until he calmed down and then I moved him up to a canter. After that it was a day of grocery shopping, home dep*t shopping, picking up pudd'n and then yard work. Oh yeah, cooked dinner too. Tonight I made pizza. Instead of red sauce I used pesto instead. I then toppped it with Moz & parm che, red onions, garlic and shrimp. It was heaven. Babs came by and she had some damn good strawberries to top off dinner. Now I'm ready for bed to say the least.

The other day when Lili was over she was telling us the story behind how her husband proposed to her. Now as most of you know, I'm the first to make gagging sounds at anything remotely "sappy", but Lili's story sure brought a tear to this jaded heart.
Her husband C. first called Lili's teenage son and asked his permission. THAT is what brought a tear to my eye. Kids are my weak spot and C. sure was smart to do this. Jo of course said yes and then on to Lili's parents C. went. Showed up with a dozen roses and a good bottle of wine for the parents. After being grilled and flogged by Lili's mom, they gave the approval for the hand in marriage for their darling daughter. Then on to Lili, C. went. Showed up with a rose and candy ring and popped the big question. That's true romance! So how were your proposed to? For the men, how did you propose?

So where is this big rain storm???
All I heard yesterday was "big storm coming" keep your news on for "storm watch 06". Oh come ON people! I think we were hit with a wee bit of drizzle, if even that! I made it up to Athena & Aussie's new place. It is absolutely DARLING! Parking sucks wind a hell of a lot more than it does here. They have a few bugs to work out, but I think they'll be happy in the end. With in walking distance there is a donut shop and a Mexican restaurant, what more could you ask for? Oh yes, the 7 eleven right across the street to pick up some more beer. I'm going to make them some curtains for the kitchen with a matching table cloth. Just have to get them down here to pick out fabric.

A PHONE CALL FROM AUSSIE
Aussie: So if it's not raining tomorrow, what time will you be here to help us move? Me: When Pudd'n gets me up.......... Aussie: Oh fuck NO! You are NOT coming over at 3 am! Me: (laughing) Awwwwww come on! Think of all we'll get done! There will be no traffic to deal with! It's now 6:12 am and I still haven't called them. I know better! I'm sure they had a late night since the movers didn't get there until 5pm. Traffic sucks major donkey dick up in LA. I think I'll be nice and call around 7 am, maybe even 7:30.

Gotta have it! Came home yesterday and Babs was on my computer. Her's took a crap on her and she needed to get things done. We started to set up my on line store for my soaps when I found out I'm going to have to buy one more thing on Ebay to get the required number of comments. FUCK! We then headed out for some Mexican dinner, damn that food was good. Lili stopped by for a bit before her trip over the Mt. It was great to see her and she looked damn sexay as always. Steve escaped to do the dishes as we girls giggled and cackled away as we caught up on each other's lives.

Mary had a little pig,She kept it fat and plastered; And when the price of pork went up, She shot the little bastard. Mary had a little lamb, Her father shot it dead. Now it goes to school with her ,Between two hunks of bread. Jack & Jill went up the hillTo have a little fun. Stupid Jill forgot the pillAnd now they have a son. Simple Simon met a Pie man going to the fair. Said Simple Simon to the Pie man, "What have you got there?" Said the Pie man unto Simon, "Pies, you dumb ass!" Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the kings' horses,And all the kings' men. Had scrambled eggs,For breakfast again. Hey diddle, diddle, the cat took a piddle, All over the bedside clock. The little dog laughed to see such fun. Then died of electric shock. Georgie Porgy Pudding and Pie, Kissed the girls and made them cry. And when the boys came out to play, He kissed them too 'cause he was gay. There was a little girl who had a little curlRight in the middle of her forehead. When she was good, she was very, very good. But when she was bad........She got a fur coat, jewels, a waterfront condo, and a sports car._____

Not only did our nose bleed on our way up to our seats......our ears did too.
We were the 2nd row from the very top of the stadium. And like Joe pointed out, at the Pond, there really is no "bad seats". You can still see the game. We just like sitting closer to the ice, that all! It was a great evening. The couple behind us had their well behaved 2 year old with them. She was a doll, we kept feeding each other pop corn. What really blew me away was the 9 year old girl singing the national anthem at the begining of the game. Yes, a NINE year old girl. That kid had a set of pipes on her! There was not a dry eye in the house and boy did everyone cheer for her. Now I'm nursing a wee bit of a hang over and wishing I had some of Athena's "mad woman hash" to help me a long. She made that New Years Day and boy did that help. Ugh, I just want to go back to bed!

We took Pudd'n to a new Chuck E. Cheez for breakfast this morning. It was a bigger place, cleaner and the pizza was half way decent. Best of all....it had BEER!!!!
I was in heaven! After our delicious and nutrious breakfast we dragged the poor kid shopping. Work was half way decent tonight. Of course because I wanted to get home early to do some spell work we were busy. Goddamn people! Shovel your food and get the fuck OUT! That's what I wanted to say to say to them. Lucky for me I used my half a brain cell and got my alter ready before I went to work. So all I had to do was come home and get r done. This time I set it up in the garage. It was much nicer except for how smoky it got from the inscense. I usually set up in my back yard, but some times the neighbors can get noisy and I wanted my FULL attension on what I was doing. Tomorrow we get an extra "date" night. Last month we bought a hockey package for the Ducks and our first game is tomorrow. We got 4 games, 2 sodas & 2 hot dogs with each game and a replica warm up jersy with the Ducks logo on it. All for $113, granted, we know the seats are nose bleeders, but hey! It's a night out. And it's HOCKEY. MMMMMMMMMMM hockey players.........* drool *

HOW long of a drive will it be to my brother's wedding?!?!
9 long ass fucking hours, that's how many! I'm definitely getting a rental for Spaz and I to drive in. I'll kill myself if I have to choke on 2nd hand smoke for that long. My dad & step mom smoke. Ugh! On the up side, from what Spaz said, we'll be close to Wisconsin. So if Livey hasn't moved south by then, we might be able to swing by for a visit. We'll just have to wait and see. My in laws came down today. Steve's step dad helped install the new dishwasher. MIL and I went shopping for Pudd'n. I showed her where the Italian Mecca (bakery) was. I think she bought 2 of every confection they had. My fridge is LOADED with desserts and other yummy goodies. So much for "eating right" today. I've pigged out on fabulous garlic bread and all those Italian pastries. I'm washing them down with beer too. I'll be good tomorrow, today I'm just going to relax.

HOT DAMN!
I just got that more excited about my baby brother's wedding this fall. Pudd'n & Steve can't come with me. The wedding and all that ensues with it will just be too much for my poor autistic son. So he and daddy will have to stay home. Spaz called me up yesterday and asked if I had a date to the wedding. (smart ass!) She then reminded me that she was always my "date" when I'd come home for weddings. Well DUH! Why didn't I remember that? So she will drive up with me and my family up north to the wedding. MUH HA HA HA HA! Time for some fun! I'm also giving up my Friday night shift. Screw it! It is not worth my time to stand around and make $40 or less (usually less). So tonight I'll watch my boys on t.v and make some soaps!

MMMMMMMM doesn't that smell good?
I've got a chicken with apple & cranberry stuffing roasting in my oven right now. I'm sure it is not as good as the southern food that every one was eating at the Catfish Manor yesterday, but it will do. Today is the big USC game and my friend Linda is there. She got an awesome belt buckle that lights up. It's like a mini marquee and it flashes "Go Trojans" and somthing else she programed in there that I can't remember. This girl is a RABID fan. She makes me look tame.

Tonight was a TOTAL waste of make up.
Two whole fucking tables!! Slappy was back from Mexico and in a more relaxed mood. Mr. Big came in to go over the fucked up computer and try to get it all straight. I hate it when it is slow, all I do is shove food in my face out of boredom. I'm thinking about giving up my Friday nights if they continue to be crappy. Just not worth my time and effort, I'd rather be home with my boys. I wish it were new years eve again. That was a lot of fun. I could go for some daiquiris and a mean game of yahtzee.

Well a nap sure helped put things in to perspective. I'm feeling some what relaxed now.
I scored big time on reduced priced candy at the grocery store. I grabbed a bunch of bags for my students to munch on. I even found peanut M&Ms to send to my Marine that I "adopted". When I came home there was a package for me. It was a belated Yule gift from my friend Venus out in AZ. It's a beautiful black leather purse. I needed one too, my current purse is finally crapping out on me. Thank you to those who have said kind words and hugs. Some days are just harder than others. I don't feel like super mom, I just feel super tired.

Back to work today.
I've enjoyed the 2 weeks off from school. I'd enjoy it more had I gotten some decent sleep. But that is just not going to happen in this life time. I'm having a hard time holding on to any semblance of hope with out some sleep. Everything in your life is just that much more fucked up when you are tired. But then again, it could be that your hopes are dashed in more ways than one over the years to where you just don't give a shit any more. Is this your lot in life? Is it EVER going to get any better than this? You hope that it will, but just never happens. There is not enough food, booze or shopping to fill the great big void you feel in your soul. You try to be happy for your friends, their lifes & loves and most of all, their "normal" kids. But no matter how much you say you are happy for them, you still taste the bitter dissapointment in your mouth. You still feel cheated. Yesterday it was raining out and there was nothing to do. Do you know how much I would of LOVED to had sat down with my son and played some board games like I used to do when I was his age? The ONLY thing Pudd'n wants to do it sit in front of his tv and watch the same damn scenes over and over again with his favorite movies. Yes, I've tried everything to get him to do something else. He's 9, but has the attension span of a toddler. I'm tired of dragging him (whineing) to places. I'm tired of trying (unsuccessfully) to get him to do something other than sit in front of a tv. I guess I'm just plain tired of everything right now.

I want to go to Vegas.
Why? So I can get a decent night's sleep! Yeah, SLEEEP!!! I always get a whole bed to myself. I sleep smack dab in the middle of it. No sharing what so ever. I don't care how many of us girls go down there and share a room. I get my OWN bed. Thankfully Pudd'n didn't pull his wake up call at 3 am, but he sure had another restless nights sleep where mommy has to keep a hand on him. Finally at 6:20 I said he could come from his bed in to ours (there is a twin bed that he sleeps in next to our king sized bed). Soon as he came over, he just started flopping around. Fuck it. I might as well get up and see what is happening in blog land. I need a life.................LOL! Tomorrow it is back to reality and helping to terrorize.......uh I mean shape young minds. I missed the kids, I just don't miss grading their papers. Any chance you think that their penmanship has improved over the holidays? Naah, I didn't think so either.

WOOOOT! IAM SUCH A PARTAY ANIMAL!!!!
I made it alllll the way to 10:30 before I crawled in to bed to pass out. Hey, at least I made it for "michigan new year". I called my dad & siblings 9 pm our time (midnight theirs) to wish them a happy new one. We pigged out on good food and Aussie made the most awesome daquiries. I'm not a fan of fruit drinks, but she made these with a good kick to them. We played yahtzee and watched a movie. They also brought me another Yule gift! It is a big ass book called "The element encycolpedia of Witch Craft". Damn! I can really be a know it all now! My home is now ready for the new year and the exciting things it will bring. I smudged it with Frankensens & Murrh and then burnt prosperity inscense. My prosperity soap is made for me to use and some to sell. By the end of this week I am hoping to have enough of a small stock to start selling it. It's time to make things happen. |
