It is raining like a son of a bitch and we've been up since 4 am.
Well, really we've been up all night. Steve is "on call" again and he does not sleep well when he is. He kept dreaming that he was getting paged. Pudd'n has had another horrible night sleep where I have to have my hand on his chest all night. This puts me on my back and guess what happens? I snore loud enough to wake the dead. So none of us got any decent sleep and we've been spending the day getting the house ready for company. I'm doing my best to set the atmosphere for a nice relaxing evening. Steve is going to need it........ He took pudd'n to the mall to get dinner. Pudd'n pointed out what he wanted and then promptly threw up....twice. JUST what my over tired husband needed. No, pudd'n is not sick. For what ever reason, he got a queasy stomach and he blew. Thanks to years of behavioral vomiting, the kid can puke at the drop of a hat. So now poor Steve has to deal with embarassment of puke every where and drag his kid out of there, drive through this pouring rain and drop him off at grandmaland. Thank Goddess for grandma. Hopefully Athena & Aussie will be here soon, I don't like the fact they have to drive in this shit either. Luckily they are staying the night. So happy new year to you all. Kiss the ones you love and hold them dear. You never know what tomorrow brings.

posted by Maeve at 3:27 PM And how about we end 2005 with a nice gratuitus clevage shot compliments of my baby sister? Poor kid is just trying to get out for some peace of mind and now she is going to end up as one of the "priceless" emails. I miss her a lot.

Work was as usual, a total waste of make up.
Slappy is still in Mexico and won't be back until tues. His wife Yasmin came in tonight and the poor woman was in tears. It appears she has a killer migrain and Slappy bitched at her not to take the night off. Yeah sure, he's drinking tequila and probably has his hand up some woman's skirt and his wife has to go to work. Yasmin hid out in the office. She asked me to make her a cosmopolitan, I jacked it up real good. I felt so bad for her, I know how bad mine get. At least I have a decent husband that helps out. I'm looking forward to all this holiday stuff to be over with. I've eaten WAAAYYY too much food and feel like a beached whale. At least my bronchitis is gone so I can get my ever expanding celtic ass on the treadmill again.

PARTAY TIME............
Looks like Athena & Aussie will be coming up tomorrow. I've got the stuff to put pizzas together and a pomegranite pie soon to be chilling in the fridge. I've got stuff together for some spell work too, looking forward to that. Now it's time for a nap.

I was over at Livey's when I saw this post linked there:
http://www.down4repairs.com/archives/2005/12/entry_379.html As a young girl, my family would always kiss at midnight. I never knew there was a meaning behind it. So this year, if we are up (pudd'n will be at grandmaland) I'll make sure we kiss. I am going to try a few things on wizard's list (in my own witchy way) for the up and coming new year. Now I am off to clean the fish tank. I just finished cleaning the fridge. Yeah, exciting life I lead eh?

NEW YEARS TRADITIONS.............
Do you have them? If so, what? Is there a food you must eat? Is there an alcohol beverage you must consume mass quantities of until you are heaving your guts? Do you kiss a loved one at midnight? Do you blow some one at midnight? Wish I could say we have some sort of strange or exotic tradition, but we don't. Hell, we don't even stay up. Sleep is a precious commodity in this house so we don't bother with staying up any later then we have to. So spill it, what do you like to do and or what are your plans for this new years weekend?

OMG...........I'm whipped and not in a good way.
We were slammed tonight. Slappy is still hiding out in Mexico. His wife came in tonight to help out, but she caused a few problems because she did not know the menu. Bless her heart, she did try. I kept having parties of 4 or more walking in, I was slammed. I was so slammed, I was ready to cry. It would not be that bad, but the computers crashed 2 weeks ago and they are STILL not running properly. I have to input by hand all the alcohol. Not a problem for wine, I have a menu to get prices. Hard alcohol? No fucking clue as to what to charge. And of course, everyone was ordering drinks tonight. Mr. Big is considerint selling the place. It's not making a profit and now Slappy is M.I.A. Well gee, could it be that Slappy has chased off ALL the regular customers?

Christmas is officially over at my house. ALL the decorations are down, tree is stripped and awaiting pick up with this week's trash. I'll miss the smell of my tree and the pretty lights on it. I will also miss getting christmas cards in the mail every day. That is a nice treat.

Ugh, did I REALLY eat all that stuff?
Yes I did. We made PIGS of our selves and now I'm paying for it. I feel bloated and sluggish. Our neighbors gave us some home made tamales last night and that just topped off my binge fest. It was nice to see my in laws and some old friends over the weekend. Bart & Lisa look great, their father will be sober 2 years this june. I won't call him "fucking moron" any more, I'll just call him Homer. Now it is time for a little after Christmas shopping. I got an email from the leaky cauldron and even THEY are having a sale! Hope every one had a great weekend!

TALK ABOUT FUCK'N IRONY!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday when I accompanied Aussie to get her license (it was the driving test), the DMV guy came up and said "Forrest!" (Aussie's last name) and Aussie confirmed that it was her. She showed her i.d. and Australian drivers license. It suddenly hit me (after 2 years of knowing her). Forrest? Like Forrest Gump? And of course I blurt out: "Run Forrest Run!!!" The DMV guy starts laughing and calls out to his buddy at the front of the line: "run Forrest run!" They both start laughing at poor Aussie's last name. Aussie is ready to KILL me. Like she hasn't heard that dumb joke a million times. Well tonight on cable Forrest Gump is on and of course I'm watching it. I love this movie. And of course with my PMS I'm bawling my eyes out over this movie.

Fuck am I whipped.
The drive up to LA wasn't too bad. Had a great time with Aussie and bagging on her for driving skills. I now have a bruise on my arm from her punching me so much. She of course passed the test with flying colors and is now another whacked out driver on the southern calif freeways. We had some wonderful Mexican food in a little place not too far from their home. I wanted to steal Aussie's dogs. They are darling little Tibetin spaniels, just little loves they are. Athena & Aussie gave me a darling photo of the Goat puppy and a gargoyle calender for Yule. I love gargoyles almost as much as I love goats. Yeah, I'm just a freak of nature. I made the drive home in 45 min, hee hee. It's normally just over an hour drive. Now it's time to sip my whiskey and relax.

Had a great day with Pudd'n yesterday. We went to the NPB Sports museum, it had started out as one man's collection. And boy, what a collection he has! My favorite rooms were of course, the hockey room and the baseball room. After that we perused Fashion Island to look at all the plastic pretty people. The weather was gorgeous out, wouldn't know it's winter out here. We stopped by the house, grabbed the goat puppy and went to feed carrots to the horses.
After a nice full day like that you'd think some one would sleep through the night right? Well, maybe if you were not my son. Up at 3:30 am wired for sound. And I have to drive up to Los Angels today to take Aussie to prove to the state that even though she is from the land down under, she knows what side of the road to drive on. Poor thing will have to put up with my cranky ass today. Oh wait, she's used to Athena, so dealing with me should be a cake walk.

This guy buys weird stuff at the grocery stores and eats it. http://www.thesneeze.com/mt-archives/cat_steve_dont_eat_it.php The fermented soy beans and the breast chocolate milk are my fav's.

He actually said that it looks like I'm losing weight. BUH HA HA HA HAHA!!! Um, no. If anything aunt Flo is getting ready to make an appearance and I'm bloated seven ways to sunday. Nothing fits and I can't stand to look at myself. It does not help that I'm shoveling food in my face with all the holiday crap that is going on. Speaking of which, guess I'd better get that batch of cookies out of the oven.

A BLESSED WINTER SOLSITCE TO YOU ALL TODAY......
Well, if the neighbor’s don’t think I’m whacked out already, they do now. Today is the winter solstice. So I went out front to great the birth of the sun king at sun rise. I wrapped myself up in a gorgeous wrap that my friend Lissie sent me that she got on her last trip to India. So there I am, in my pajamas, in a wrap, holding a lit white candle and staring up at the rising sun. Ravens & Crows are flying every where and my dogs are sniffing about the front yard. It was beautiful, I felt his presents and then high tailed it back in the house before I started coughing up a lung from the cold (damn bronchitis!).

I'm enjoying the hell out of my vacation so far. So is Pudd'n, we are enjoying the hell out of sleeping in. I took him to Chucky Cheese today and tomorrow I'll take him to his favorite breakfast place.
I should be making some sauce right now, but some how taking a nap sounds like a better idea. I went for a ride yesterday, I got to ride the thigh master. He's not so bad on Mondays. He's got more energy, by the end of the week he is "over it" and back to his usual lazy self. Picked up some cookies from our favorite Italian bakery. These things just melt in your mouth, they are better than my cookies any day. I ordered up 4 dz for Yule. Well that's about it. Nice and boring. Just the way I like my life!

I love it when they do the "do you know how fast you were going" scene happens (you have to be a super trooper fan for this). Plus I LOVE the sound track. Reminds me of when I used to get high and drink lots of whiskey. Way before I had a mortage, bills and a disabled child to worry about.

Stolen from Chablis........
1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? I don't care as long as there is a LOT of booze in either. 2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Sets them under the tree. 3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? Colored. And none of that flashing shit either. The lights are "off" more than "on" making your tree look bare. 4. Do you hang mistletoe?. Yes, I am hopful. 5. When do you put your decorations up? Usually Thanksgiving weekend. 6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? The prime rib my mother in law makes. 7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child? Being with my grandparents on Christmas eve and feeling totally loved. 8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I think I just grew out of it. 9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? When I was a little girl we did. I spent Xmas eve with my dad and his family. 10. What kind of cookies does Santa get set out for him? Since Pudd'n doesn't know the meaning of Santa, I'll have to go with my childhood memory. I left chocolate chip cookies, oreos and carrots for the reindeer. 11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? Love it and miss it. 12. Can you ice skate? Yes, horribly. My sister was the figure skater. 13. Do you remember your favorite gift? All of my Bryer horses. ANYthing with horses. 14. What’s the most important thing about the Holidays for you? To make sure I give to some one who is not as fortunate as I am. 15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? Cookies. 16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Baking cinnamon rolls for breakfast. 17. What tops your tree? This year it is an angel from when I was a little girl. We also have a more modern angel that we usually use. 18. Which do you prefer Giving or Receiving? Giving. 19. What is your favorite Christmas Carol? anything off of my "cajun christmas" cd. 20. Candy Canes! Yuck or Yum? Eh, I'm not a big fan of them. Unless of course they come out with a whiskey flavored one.

Well what ever crawled up my kid's ass yesterday, left by the time we got to the party. Everyone had a real nice time. One of my cousin's kids is really in to hockey. He's only about 7 years old, but I think this kid has a chance to go pro. And I've got the blackmail photo of him letting the girls in the family put make up on him. Auntie Maeve will always have good seats for a hockey game with these black mail photos! Muh ha ha hah ha!
Pudd'n got up at 3 am today. It's amazing all that you can get done when you get up at the ass crack of dawn. Finished the rest of my Yule shopping with no lines or hassels. In fact, the check out girl at Toys is Us was a witch too. She had a beautiful Goddess pendant on. Me: Oh, what a beautiful Goddess you have Check out girl: Oh thank you, not too many people know it's a Goddess. Me: Oh honey, I know the Goddess REAL well. When she handed me my recipet, she said "blessed be" (what a lot of witches say to each other, kind of like "Jesus saves".) I winked at her and said "Blessed Be" back to her.

Ugh! Pudd'n has been whining and crying all day. Nothing is making him happy. I think he's coming down with a cold and guess what?! We get to go to family Christmas today! OH LUCKY US!!!! We will go, drop off gifts and get the fuck out of dodge. It is NOT a good day.

It's begining to look a lot like Chrismtas (exploded in my house).
Last night it was a frenzy to get last minute stuff done before school lets out for the holidays. I baked two different kind of cookies and one pan of brownies for my kids. I packed up teacher & aid gifts for Pudd'ns class and I finished the soaps for my sophmore girls. Kerry came by for some wine & pizza too. Steve did an awesome job of clean up after every batch of baked goods, but left the soap mess for me to deal with. The medicine the doctor gave me has really kicked this cold. I feel almost normal again. Now today I'll have to make some pomegranite pies for "family Christmas" tomorrow. Christmas eve and day will be spent at my mother in laws. I ordered some devine cookies from an Italian bakery not to far from my house. Christmas eve my mother in law prepares the traditional "all fish dinner". I can't wait, that woman can cook up a storm and feed several armies in one setting.

Will some one wash and dry my hair for me? I don't have the energy to do it and it damn sure needs it today. I've got a lot of hair and it takes so darn long to dry and since it's winter time and I'm already sick. Going out with out drying my hair completely is stupid. Ugh!
Last night was the first night I had any decent sleep with out coughing up a lung. I got some really cool colors for my soaps and damn, do they look prettier now! They have a shimmer to them too. I made up a few bars for my favorite sophmore girls. Luckily, I only have 4 girls in the class, other wise I would not be able to do that. I'll bake cookies and brownies for the boys.

It's offical.
I have broncitis. Oh thrill oh joy. Waiting for my perscriptions to be filled. I'm just happy I got my soldier's care package out in the mail today. I HATE going to our local post office because it is already so damn busy even with out the holiday. Lucky for me, I pulled up just as a space was opening. Then briefly after I pulled my number from the little number thingie, a man was leaving and gave me his number. It was #80 and up on the board they were serving #78! Hot damn! I breezed right through and ran the rest of my errands before heading to the dr. appt.

Yesterday's field trip was fun. We went to the fashion island mall. It's an out door mall, so lots of people bring their dogs. It's always decorated nice and they also have a pretty koi pond. Lots of water fountains are through out, much to Pudd'ns delight. We ate lunch in the food court and then headed over to this decadent chocolate store. I actually got Pudd'n to smile and pose for a few pictures. Of course I've already sent out my Yule cards! Oh well, maybe next year.
Steve was so sweet. He had brought me home a small boquet of roses since he knew what a hard night I had with Pudd'n. Thank you for all your well whishes. Unless my snot turns a freakish color, I'm not wasting my time OR my money at the Drs. Been there, done that in the past. I'm just going to have to ride this out. *Oh yes, I forgot to tell you the lovely story of our grocery shopping trip. I was in the meat section and Pudd'n was eating an apple and giggling for what ever reason. Well, he must of swallowed a piece of apple wrong because next thing you know, he's blowing chunks all over isle 5. Luckily I am close enough to the meat counter to ask for paper towels....a LOT of paper towels. The butchers can see what had happened and they called for a mop. Well this one butcher was a muscle head. One of those guys that build up their bodies in a gross way. Well, I scoop up everything in a nice papertowel soaked with vomit mess and proceed to the open door of the meat counter. I ask if I can come in and throw the mess away. Mr. Muscle head was a few feet from me and that boy moved even further from my vicinity. You thought I was carring a vile of the bubonic plauge or a box of Krispy Kremes in my hands. The look of horror on his face was pricless too. If I wasn't so damned tired, I would of laughed.

Will this damn cold ever fucking go away??!!
I'm still coughing at nights like I'm a 3 pack a day smoker and now my throat hurts. Yeah, sure I know, go to the fucking dr. Like when do I have time? Today I'm going on a field trip with Pudd'n and his classmates. Pudd'n woke up at 1:30 am with a nightmare I'm guessing because I had to keep my hand on his chest for the rest of the night. He's been doing really good and sleeping through the night for some time now. I just don't feel like dealing with today.

Weekend recap......
Had a nice weekend. Friday night's festivities were nice. Needed more food though, not enough snacks out to help soak up the booze. Gail brought some damn fine tequlia (I am not a tequlia drinker by nature) and we did some shots. Instead of the usual salt, shot and lime sucking; it was cinnamon, shot and orange sucking. Very tastey. Got blind stinking drunk, had 3 of the ornaments I picked stolen and every one gobbled up my deviled eggs. I finally ended up with an ornament that looked like Kirby. Sat. soiree was even better. Steve's company finally shelled out for a decent time. Appitiezers were being served by wandering wait staff while we waited for everything to get set up. There were actually places to sit this year and it was a beautiful setting. When it came time for dinner, we went into this huge theatre. Tables were set up and the on stage there was a band. Delicious salads of spinach, blu cheese, candied walnuts, pears and vinegarette dressing awaited us. Dinner just got better and dessert was the best thing I've had in my mouth in a while. The band was awesome. We could of stayed all night to listen, dancing was up by the stage. We instead waddled our way to the short bus and came home to pass out. Pudd'n was at grandma land for the night. We woke up and went out for breakfast to our favorite mexican sit down place. I forgot what it was like to be totally relaxed. It was a good weekend.

Remember the time we...
Please post a comment with a completely fictional memory of you and me. It can be anything you want– good or bad, silly or stupid, believable or not – but it has to be fake. (Don't worry - I'm highly inoffendable!)When you’re finished, post this paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people don't actually remember about you. CRAB MEAT DEVILED EGGS................
1 dz hard boiled eggs, shelled and cut in half 1/4 c mayo 1/2 lb crab (or imitation) 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tablespoon chopped capers 2 tablespoons caper juice salt white pepper remove yolks from eggs and put in to bowl. break in small pieces with back of fork. add the rest of the ingriedients and mix well. spoon in to egg halves. I always double this reciepe, the eggs go quick. I also put in a wee bit more mayo. Use your judgement. If you want the pomegranite pie reciepe, you are going to have to email me your snail mail address. It's too long to type and I'm too lazy. Enjoy!

2 dozen deviled eggs with crab meat and a pomigranite pie are made.
I WAS going to make some cookies too, but some how, drinking my wine and chilling out seem like a better idea. I'm tired!

PARTAY TIME!
This weekend we have TWO whole parties to go to! Hot damn! Friday night's soiree is with all the crazy horse riding/ cow cutting people I ride with. And no, we do not "cut up cows", it is a compitition to see if you can keep a lone cow from the heard. This is my favorite holiday party. You bring a wrapped ornimant to put under the tree. You then pick a number and go up when it's your turn. If some one after you likes what you pick, they can steal it. An ornimant cannot be stolen more than twice. Of course, since we all ride horses, we try to find ornaments that have horses or cows. We get pretty vicious too.........muh ha ha ha! Sat. festivities are with Steve's company. The cable co. used to be so small we could hold it at the local resturant. Now we need hotels or other large venues to hold all the people. The holiday party is also the time when Steve and I met. 15 years ago we were set up on a blind date for the company christmas party. We've been cursing Randy ever since for setting us up.............. BUH HA HA HHA HAHAHAAAAAAAAAA

MY NEIGHBORS ARE PUTTING ME TO SHAME..............
All the new people that have moved in to the 'hood are REALLY getting in to the spirit of the season! Nativity scenes, "snow men", animated deer "eating" rose bushes and enough lights to put Vegas to shame........... You could land a small plane on my street right now. What do I have up? One puny string of lights on my garage. Since I'm in charge of the decorating, that's all I did. First year we moved in, we did a lot too. But it was Steve's cute butt up on that damn tall ladder. Now mind you, I'm not afraid of heights, I'm just not the most graceful person. I fell off the damn step ladder for shits' sake putting away the Halloween decorations! Steve says next year he'll put up more to keep up with the Garcia's. (I live in a Latin neighborhood, won't find any "Jones" here!). Work was great, made decent money and Slappy even made us margaritas. Now I'm not a fan of that particular drink. It seems all you taste is the damn sweet & sour sauce in them. Slappy gets this Tequlia that is smooth as water and Goddamn if it does not make a good drink.

Just going to church doesn't make you a Christian.
Not any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

Mother fucker!
I can't get to my blog page! I sure as hell can get to the posting part, but not to the actual page. Can't get to Livey's site either. Is blogger taking a crap tonight? Of course the only blog address I can remember is Rob's, so I'm trying to get my fix via his site and blog roll.

It's a beautiful sunny day here in So. Calif., so we decieded to head out and feed the horses some carrots. I was hoping to get a nice picture of Pudd'n to put in every one's Christmas cards. But I had no luck. Pudd'n will no longer pose for pictures, he always looks down or off to the right.
The horses had a great time inhaling carrots and goat puppy ran around trying to eat all the horse shit in sight. Now I've got me some beer, hot dogs and my hockey will be on shortly. Life is good.

WHOOOOOOHOOOOOOO I LOVE AMAZ*N. COM!!!!!
After cleaning the bird cage & turtle pool (steve did dishes & mowed lawns) I sat down to get some Yule shopping out of the way. Pudd'n is a bit hard to shop for since he does not have many interests. One thing he loves to do is watch his favorite videos. Some they just don't sell in the stores any more and I can always find them at Amaz*n. Pudd'n is hard on his videos, he likes to rewind to his favorite spots over and over. We go through VCRs like water too. I'm so happy I won't have to battle the big toy store to find Pudd'ns videos! No driving and trying to find parking or dealing with other shoppers! Ahhhhhhhh I love the 'net!

ON CALL...........
Steve has finished all of his training for being a fiber tech. His supervisor feels that Steve is ready to go on call. Steve must have his pager with him at all times and his company truck is sitting in my drive way. He gets a call or page, he leaves to fix what ever is screwed up. All hours of the day. He gets to do this on call stuff on top of his 8-10+ work hour day. We don't have a lot of outages, thank God, but we did have one last night at 11pm. I don't think he was gone long, but of course since his sleep pattern was interupted, it's rough on you. Steve sure does look cute in his new uniform too. Well, it's not so "new" as to different. He's got a better color polo shirt and he wears a denim button up shirt over it. He also has this nifty little tool bag on his hip. Maybe that's it. Something about tool belts and men working with hands....... Oh yeah, Pudd'n pulled a 3 am wake up call too........... This kid was wired for sound this am I'm telling you. It was like he had a big bowl of sugar, caffiene and speed. He was running up and down the hall stemming at the top of his lungs. (stemming is "self stimmulation". It involves hand flapping and loud "austistic" type noises) I can usually close our bedroom door and Pudd'n will leave us alone. Fuck, not today, he kept opening the damn thing and then shutting the door loudly. I finally locked the door. But it is still an uneasy sleep, you have to keep an ear out in case he goes poop. You get the wonderful job of wiping his butt. Yes, he could do it himself, but then he empties a whole container of wipes down the toilet. Not to mention you have to clean the small lake of pee on the floor since he won't hold his penis when he pisses. Yeah, my life is nothing but piss, shit and vomit.

It's officially Yule at my house.
We bought our tree and it's all decorated. Every ornament has a history. There are some from my childhood and some from Steve's. The picture of Pudd'n with Santa (his first Christmas) always makes me cry. I love the smell of the tree. Maybe we'll drive the neighborhood and look at all the lights that are up tonight.

GREEN WITH ENVY...........
I was chatting briefly with Livey tonight on line about her up coming trip. I am green with envy! It sounds like it is going to be so much fun. If I did not have to save up for my brother's wedding next year, I'd go. ( I need to save up for air fare, rental car, food, present and hotel. Yeah, I'm fucked). I joked that I could have a killer bake sale to raise the money. Then I laughed at myself, I need AIR FARE, not cab fare. I'd have to sell blow jobs instead of cookies to get up the money in that quick of a time!

Well SOMEONE is a little PISSY..............
For two days in a row now, I've come home to something chewed up. Seems Goat puppy is living up to his name. Damned if I know why he's doing it all of a sudden. As I surveyed today's damage, I notice some movement over by the dog bowls. On closer inspection, I see it's Speedy. I left the screen door open in my haste this morning and that darn turtle came in again! I'm staying home from Slappy's tonight, I was feeling better and then had a relapse last night. I'm stressing over missing two days with no pay, but it sure feels nice to sit here in my jammies! Oh well, at least it is giving me more time to play around with what I'm putting in my soaps. I'm finding some herbs are not so easy to get, so I've had to change a few of them. I've got some bulk herbs on order from the leaky cauldron, they should be in next week.

GUNS
A post over at Livey's & Acidman's places reminded me of when I got to shoot guns. I haven't done it in many a year, but had always enjoyed it. I grew up around them, my aunt's psychoic ex husband had a really great collection. Some not so legal too. At one point in my misspent youth, I was dating a nice boy from my aunt's neighborhood. It was homecoming at his high school and we were going to it. I got ready at my aunts place, I looked really cute and boy was I nervous. I knew no one in Mark's school and his ex girlfriend was going to be there too. Well Mark picks me up, puts on the corsage and the manditory pictures ensue. Just as we are ready to leave, my aunt whips the sawed off shot gun off the wall, points it at the crotch of my boyfriend and says: "You get my niece pregnant and I'll blow your balls off" Good birthcontrol method eh?

GRATITUDE PRAYER...........
Deep at the center of my being ther is an infinite well of gratitiude. I now allow this grattitude to fill my heart, my body, my consciouness, my very being. This gratitude radiates out from me in all directions, touching everything in my world, and returns to me as more to be grateful for. The more gratitude I feel, the more I am aware the the supply is endless. the use of gratitude makes me feel good, it is an expression of my innner joy. It is a warm fuzzy in my life. I am grateful for myself and for my body. I am grateful for my ablility to see and hear, feel and taste and touch. I am grateful for my home and I take loving care of it. I am grateful for my family and friends, and I rejoice in their company. I am grateful for my work, and I give it my best at all times. I am grateful for my talents and abilities, and I continually express them in ways that are fulfilling. I am grateful for my income, and I know that I prosper whereever I turn. I am grateful for all my past experiences, for I know that they were part of my soul's growth. I am grateful for all of nature, and I am respectful for the tomorrows to come. I am grateful for life now and forever more. ~~Louise L. Hay (one of my favorite authors)
