CRAB MEAT DEVILED EGGS................
1 dz hard boiled eggs, shelled and cut in half
1/4 c mayo
1/2 lb crab (or imitation)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped capers
2 tablespoons caper juice
salt
white pepper
remove yolks from eggs and put in to bowl. break in small pieces with back of fork.
add the rest of the ingriedients and mix well.
spoon in to egg halves.
I always double this reciepe, the eggs go quick. I also put in a wee bit more mayo. Use your judgement.
