Thank you for your happy thoughts. The mecanic is claiming it was the battery. We'll see, a few months ago they were swearing that the battery was fine.
Went to a pot luck party at the stables. Kirby almost ate my little broom pin that I had made. Rotten horse! Kirby gave me lots of horsie kisses and Kip took full advantage of the head scritches I was giving him. Goat Puppy found every available oppertunity to run through every mud puddle he could find. Fucker.......... Gail was there and when I hugged her, it was hard not to break down sobbing. It was so weird not to have Gil there. Pudd'n amused himself stemming about. It was a nice little get together. I am looking forward to the holiday barn party. That is even more fun.

Today is the community garage sale. It was my mission to find who was selling the best Tamales & Tacos in our 'hood. I am stuffed to the gills! I LIVE for Mexican food.

I thought for sure it was going to be a slow night at work. It was anything but! I had an early rush and by the time regular dinner crowd hit, we had a wait out the door! Damn! It has not been that good since when I had first started there. Slappy is in a real good mood, 2 more weeks and he hands over the keys to the place. And what is really amazing is that slappy is closing on Halloween! Last year I was ready to quit because he was not going to give me the night off. He thought he was real cute when he said "Maeve, what time will you be in on Sunday?". I promptly told him to "Kiss my white Irish ass". Lucky for me, there was no customers in the place. I was definitly NOT using my "indoor voice".

I am starting to get a major panick attack. I took the van in today for some reoccuring problems. The dealer is paying for my rental, which is a good thing. It's just the diagnoses I'm freaking a bit about. The motor is crapping out AGAIN on the slideing door. They just replaced it back in May/June. The lights have been flickering since they replaced the alternator in spring. I am hoping to Goddess they will file this under "good will repair". If not, my holiday weekend will be fucked because there will be no living with Steve. He HATES that van. So, if you could please, send happy thoughts my way. Or send it to the technition so they see the problems and everything will be fixed at no cost to us. Yeah, those are pretty good vibes to send.
I'm also freaking out because I'm only working tonight. I now have Sat off and I took Sun off for the holiday. They have not been busy enough for help during the week, so I am making no money what so ever. I don't get a paycheck from the district until Nov. 10th. Fuck, Fuck, Fuck.

Today is Pudd'ns Halloween party at school. I made "owl" cup cakes for the class. I'm going to dress up as myself.......a witch! Hee hee! It's actually the same costume I've been wearing for years. Pudd'n will be a pirate. I can't wait!

Department store dressing rooms are EVIL............!
I've been working out on the treadmill and trying my best to watch what I'm shoving in my mouth. I can tell a difference in my clothes, so I figure I might as well start looking for a cute red cocktail dress for my soiree next month. Well Rob/May had SHIT for selection and what I did find in what I thought was my size did not fit what so ever. In fact it was damn depressing at how this dress did not fit! So next week is a road trip to another mall. Hopefully with all my girls, I know Lili & Dru are on board.

Too cool, woke up to thunder & lightening this morning. What a treat for me! I miss a good thunderstorm! Also on the good new front, the vet called last night. Jack's levels for MG are normal. NO MORE MEDS!!! It is amazing the turn around that he has had. Now if he's quit farting, I swear it's peeling the paint off of my walls.
Last night Venus stopped by to pick up my rolling pin & cookie cutters. Goat Puppy heard her car, so he went out side to go bark. Now Goat Puppy IS 75lbs, he has a very impressive deep bark, but he's a love sponge. Not a guard dog. So when he looked back over his shoulder to see if Jack would come bark with him, Venus was already in the gate. Goat Puppy turns his head, realizes that some one is actually there and he FREAKS! The look on his face was priceless! His tail tucked up under him, he did a 180 and RAN inside. Poor Venus was just standing there with the look of "what the fuck?". I wish I had a camera, I would of won some serious money on those pet video shows.

"I'll fix your little red wagon!"
An old saying, where it came from, I don't know. But I sure fixed Goat Puppy's red wagon today! It is raining out and I don't need a repeat on my couch. So I forked over $150 for the largest size cage they had. Figured it was cheaper than a new couch or a surgery because some dumb ass ate couch stuffing. It was actually comical trying to stuff 75lbs of unwilling dog into the crate. I had even thrown dog cookies in it. Tomorrow night Pudd'n is staying at Grammy's. I'm getting used to it, I don't get a panick attack when I leave him. But I sure miss him! This weekend is Samhain, I can't wait!

I had a couple of photos of some of my favorite Redwing players framed up above my washer & dryer. Why there? You might ask? Well I figured it would make doing laundry more enjoyable. Being the smart ass that my husband is, he inserted a few photos of Brittney spears in with my pictures of Shanny & McCarty. Since I have my own desk and space at school, I figured I'd put my photos there. I'd see them a hell of a lot more. So I took out the nasty little photos of Brittney and cleaned up the picture frames.
Today I walk into my bedroom and I notice something different about the photo of my in my red teddy. A few years back I did a "bouidor photo" as a birthday present for Steve. Instead of my face in the picture, Steve pasted one of the Brittney photos over it. Fucker......... We had a nice weekend, sat we kept finding things where ever we went. We went to the market and some lady left her very exspensive purse in the shopping cart. So we took it into the store so the manager could call the owner. Then later on that night as we were walking in Laguna, Steve spotted a beautiful silver braclet. Not one of those cheap things you can get at the kiosk in the mall. This is heavy silver, with beautiful carved beads. It was night fall and we did not think the owner was around. So we kept it. Then on the way home he found 75 cents in the toll road lane. SCORE! Sunday was less eventful, went to three different stores to try and find Pudd'n some damn rain boots. Expecting more wet weather tomorrow. This is the first year I did not buy them ahead of time and now we are screwed.

Licking..........and not in a good way.
Jack has been doing much better since cutting his meds in half. He just is retaining one annoying habit. Licking his body parts until he's void of fur. Yes I know some of it's due to allergies, it is mostly just an obsessive compultion if you ask me. Even on predision the fucker licks, so I know it is psychological. Gift with purchase......... My three favorite words next to "fuck me harder". Nordstroms has an awesome gift with purchase for Estee Lauder. Very pretty eyeshadows & lipstick. I came on the spot when I saw all the cool things they gave out when I bought my moisturizer. Speaking of creaming my panties. Stopped by C.C. for my nacho & Ben fix. Oh the evil, evil things I'd like to do to that young man.

Had a great time with the girls last night. Felt so good to laugh and be silly. My favorite was when Lili called me and actually asked if I prefered red or white wine. Well, Duh! It's alcohol, like I care? LOL
Athena brought me a birthday present from Aussie, wonderful smelling candles, yummy lip gloss and a BEAUTIFUL citrine crystal. THANK YOU AUSSIE!!! We had fun playing with Lili's pussy.......uh, her kittens I mean. They are getting so big and running all over the place. I am trying to get myself geared up for working tonight. I hope to Goddess that we get a decent crowd.

Well we made it through the first big storm with out any accidents. So Cal people DO NOT know how to drive in the rain. After inching past a six car pile up (one car on it's side) people start flying past me! Uh, HELLO!? Did you not just pass the same pile up as me? Did you not see the debris and wreakage? Dumb fucks.
Sleep over at Grammy's was a huge success again. I hope she keeps this up at least once a week. The break is such a relief, even though I miss the hell out of Pudd'n. I just found out today that one of my students just got arrested for "Felony vandalism". Holy Shit! WTF Did he do? I just got my mail box today at school. Very cool. Yeah, I'm a geek and easily amused.

I almost don't know what to do with myself! It is too quiet with out Pudd'n around. I called my mom to check on him, just to hear him. He was happily humming in the back ground and I could hear grandpa calling to him. It feels strange with out him here. I miss him terribly! I want my Pudd'n! I can't wait to kiss his sweet face tomorrow!!!

I just baked a loaf of pumpkin bread. Hope it tastes ok, it's the first time making it. I love my spice cubbord, it is full of wonderful spices to cook with or conjure spells with. My job at Capo is going well, I even get my own mail box! Not that I'll be getting anything but junk mail. It's still cool though!

Work sucks great big purple donkey dicks!
I had two whole tables last night and 3 to go orders! WTF is up?! On the bright side, I was able to make the book signing at the G.G. Mr. Grimassi was a delight to listen to, a very good story teller. I got one of his books. It looks like we are going to have to break down and buy a crate for the goat puppy. He ate the arm off of the couch. It's been raining, so we had to let the dogs have access to the house. So goat puppy got pissy that I did not take him with me and he ate the arm of the couch. Now on rainy days, he'll be crated. On sunny days he can sit out side where he can't do much damange. Fucker........

My computer is posessed...........
This morning I went to go check my email. Not only is my email not up, but everything else and it's mother is! Yahoo was turned on, stupid weather bug and a whole host of other things that pop up when you turn off the computer, only to restart it. I had 3 i.m's from friends wondering why the hell I was ignoring them! I asked Steve if he restarted the computer this morning. He hasn't been on this thing in days. I was on briefly last night ( I think) to check my mail and that was about it. *insert Twlight Zone music here*.

Tomorrow it will be exactly 11 years ago that I got married. Shocking eh? Well to those that have known me all these years (alright, probably a few that have known me in recent ones too) it's very shocking I even walked down the isle. In a white gown and catholic mass ceremony to boot. I even said the word "obey" in my vows (but I had my fingers crossed). Steve's mom is coming down to watch Pudd'n for us, we are going out for some ribs! We haven't eaten at Tulsa in years, they have the best baby back ribs! After that we'll go walk around the block of Orange or maybe go to Enchanting parchment for a mini pyschic fair.
I finally got to go for a ride on Kip the other day. I haven't had a horse between my legs for a good 3 months or better. It was great to go again. It saddened me to know I will no longer have to move the stirrups back to the original length on Gil's saddle. I'd have to shorten them for my "petite" size 5'10. Gil was over 6'0 and had longer legs than me. One time I forgot to lengthen them and he got on kip. It was pretty funny to see his legs all bunched up. I took Pudd'n and the dogs down yesterday to pass out carrots. Kirby was aptly named for the vaccum, but even he could not keep up with the steady stream of carrots pudd'n provided. Well, time to get my ass in gear.........

Found some boxes with old photos in them. So we took a trip down memory lane. It is hard to look at Pudd'ns photos from his first year of life. His 1st birthday party photos are the last ones before his autism set in. You can see the change in the progression of photos. Makes me sad.
It is cute how he looks at the pictures. I ask him if he remembers any of the pictures and what was going on in them. One of these days he'll pop out with "well duh bitch, I was there wasn't I? Of course I remember". One of these days............. Found my wedding photos too......I have proof that the church did not erupt in flames. And the real kicker, I wore WHITE too! At least I had red panties on! Muh ha ha ha ha haaaaaaa!

It is a sad day for me. My friend Gil lost his battle with pancreatic cancer yesterday. He lived a long life, he was a wonderful, compassionate and generous friend. He loved his wife Gail dearly and he enjoyed a good party. The funeral is just going to be for family members, Gail will have a "Celebration of Life" party later on this month in honnor of Gil. I talked go Gail briefly this morning, we are all still in shock. If any one were to beat this, Gil should of been it. Gail told me to go ride Kipp in Gil's memory. Not only will I do that, but I'm having a glass of wine too. Gil enjoyed a good bottle of wine. I will miss you Gil, I will miss going out on trail rides with you. I will miss watching your kind and gentle nature with that fruit cake of a horse that you and I would share. I will miss the christmas parties and your laughter. Rest in peace dear man, for you so rightly deserve it.
