Breaking my heart

The fucking scum bags down the street have either:
A) bred their pit bull
or
B) because they let her run around the neighborhood she got knocked up.

We noticed her this morning as she wandered the street. Her teats were heavy from nursing puppies. I never thought it possible for this poor dog to look any more pitiful but she does.
And yes, we've called animal control on these fucktard numerous times over the years to no avail.
