Hmmmmmmm......not too sure about this
Last night I ended up being a "breaker" at work. I'd go around and break my co workers for 30 min. I ended up with conflicting directions on what I was supposed to do. I was told A) when I broke a person from their station and I got a new table I had to turn that table back over to the person that I was breaking (making no tips). and B) no, you keep that new table and after you move on to the new person's section you are breaking keep an eye on it. (keeping tips)
The problem with option A is well, you make no damn tips but then you are not running around like a chicken with your head cut off because you have tables all over the damn resturant.
The problem with option B is that you have tables all over the damn resturant.
If this were a small place and you didn't have to sing a damn birthday song every five minutes or have to try and round up birthday singers this would not be a problem.
But this place is huge, people are demanding, the ice cream melts instantly and rounding up birthday singers is a pain in the ass.
