From GAHHHH! to AWWWWW!

Today during one of my classes I recieved a phone call. It was a call back for a job!
Now I didn't get too excited because quiet frankly, I really didn't want to work there.
Hell, I even took Rayanne's advice and "dressed down" as I have seen other people show up to interviews.
I figure something is better than nothing; suck it up and take the job!
I went to go talk to Mr. G and it turns out it really is not worth my time to take the position. I'd work 2 nights and 2 day shifts.
The really shitty shifts.
So I passed. I did not want to waste Mr. G's time nor my own.
I then flew out and put out several more apps before going to get the light of my life.
I of course was feeling irritable and when I came home what did I see?
A beautiful arrangement of flowers in the kitchen with a sign that says "Happy mother's day from Pudd'n & Daddy".
AND the kitchen was cleaned up from this morning's cook fest.
AND my man is bringing home chinese food.
I'm a lucky girl.
