The dry spell is over.........I hope!

Last night while visiting with my lovely friend Rita; I got a phone call from Kerri.
The place where she is a bar wench is opening a new place in a neighboring city. I had applied there last week and was sure to put her down as a reference.
According to her I got the job!
She could not tell me any more then that because she herself was working. She told me she'd call me later but I was asleep by then. Yeah, I'm lame like that.
So hopefully I'll be connecting with her today to get all the details. Or better yet, the manager will be calling me.
All I know is that I'm glad I'll be bringing home extra $$.
