Comfort food

I've got the grocery list all made up for what I'll need to make pot pie and bac/potato chowder for Halloween this Fri. Oh and the mulled cider too. I'm all about the comfort food this time of year. I can finally turn my oven on and bake to my heart's content. I'm also hoping the comfort food will ease my usual worry over my son's future.
Last night sucked wind at work again, only this time it was the cooks. Is there a full moon I don't know about because it has been really shitty all week. The cooks got swamped last night and people were waiting for up to a 1/2 hr to get their food.
Both of our managers are quitting too. My favorite ones of course, this just sucks!
I think I'm gonna go pop a Xanx...............
