Yer fucking kidding me right?

Alrighty then, the dumb ass that came out yesterday did not fix the problem with the washer. We reschedualed for today 8-12 pm.
No one shows.
We call.
Some one did not show up and they are back logged but some one will be out 4-5 to fix problem.
We leave to go talk to the psychology teacher about Pudd'ns up coming tri annual.
The "nanny" is here watching Pudd'n.
2:15 the dumb ass repair man comes! The nanny won't let him in because she does not know who he is and did not get any instructions to do so. (I thanked her for this, it shows she's not going to let any one in with out prior knowledge.)
I come home to no less than 5 messages on my answering machine saying I have to reschedual.
I DON'T THINK SO SLAPPY!~
I finally get some one on the phone and she tries to tell me that they will try to get some one out. I told her oh hell no, you WILL get some one out here today.
The repair man will be back out by 5 pm.
