Linda: Hey Maeve, I have a new ring tone for you on my phone!

Me: Yeah?

I shoot her the "hairy eye ball" since we are in class and I cannot flip her the bird.

The check out counter at the drug store:

Cashier: that is a really pretty dog you have (GP goes every where with me), is he a search & rescue dog?

Me: Yep, we are on the search for a cure of autism and when we do, we'll rescue my son from its prison.
