WHOOOOT!
Guess what I got barflies?
No, not a case of the clap.
I am getting with the times and got me an ipod shuffle.
Do you know how dorky I looked using my personal cd player to listen to music as I worked out? Well, I could not use it when I was on the weight machines.
Any way, I just got done down loading a shit load of songs on to my new little ipod.
And what really tickles me is that I was able to down load songs from my collection of cds. I thought I was going to have to shell out more money to get some toonage.
I can already tell a difference in my legs and the fact that I am no longer out of breath going up a flight of stairs after only one week at the gym.
I'm going to have a smok'n hot bod now that I have some music to keep me occupied!
