I am almost relaxed except for the fact the neighbors across the street got an ankle biter for Xmas and they have stuck the thing outside.

A lot of these people don't bother to socialize their dogs or take them to obidence classses. I've had 4 different dogs at 4 different times come after us. Lucky for them, they've stopped in time before I've had to bash their brains in all over the side walk.
