It looked like work was going to suck wind tonight. But it luckily turned out great.
I had one couple come in and order some food to go, they sat at the bar while they waited for the food.
I could tell that they were not from around here. They had a lovely southern lilt to their voice, I knew it wasn't Georgia, I'd reconize that off the bat. Turns out they were from Tennisee. Another clue they were not from around here?
THEY WERE POLITE!!!!
They said "please" and "thank you". Common curtosies that my grandma beat into my thick skull. It is amazing how a little common curtosy can go a long way. People are just not polite any more. Well, at least in these parts.......
