Well I'm back on for now.
Dell customer serivce SUCKS.
I called this morning to check on the status of my computer getting repaird. The fucktard on the other end ASSURED me that it was going to be fixed TODAY at 6pm.
Then I get a message from the NEW tech repairman (guess my alter scared the shit out of the bible thumper non speaking tech I got last week) telling me that the part I needed was NOT in and might not even be in tomorrow too!
HOT DAMN!
Fuckers.
At least this new tech speaks plain English.
