MY LAST DAY OF FREEDOM............
Tomorrow school starts for me (Pudd'n does not go back until after Sept. he's county, I'm district). Now it's back to working 6 days a week. Wheeeeeeee!
The pay is nice, but so if loafing off. Well, you really can't loaf off in my world. Too much shit to do. Oh well, it will be fun terrorizing young minds again, a nice fresh batch of freshman to screw with! It is a lot of fun working with Linda too, if all my teachers were like her when I was in high school, I would of learned something and would of done a hell of a lot more with my life than I did. We'll be teaching sophmores this year, so I'll still be able to see last year's freshmans. A lot of great kids.
Went to Aunt Selma's last night. This time I had Steve's help and we just packed towels, much less to carry. I'm going to give it one more shot today. I could just go down to North Beach and not have the hassel. But then I'd have to pay for parking and I could not bring Goat puppy with me. Dogs are not allowed on the beach in San Clemente. And at North Beach, they have life guards that remind you of this. At Aunt Selma's old place, it was a private beach, no life guards and no one to tell you what to do. The new spot is semi private and I saw two other people with dogs. The life guard left us alone. I did find a spot to cross instead of going in the under ground tunnel. The only problem is then I'll have to cross the street with no cross walk and go over train tracks. Ugh, just no easy way.
