Kids say the darnest things..............
Yesterday as I walked in to the class room, Stan, who sits near my desk asked if I wanted some gum. I gladly accepted and noticed that the seal was broken on the packet of gum (it was the kind you pushed out, kind of like a getting OTC allergy meds out of the packet).
Me: Heyyyyyyyyy, this has been tampered with(it was the last piece)
you didn't DO anything to this and THEN offer it to me?
Stan: Oh no! I'd NEVER do that, I'm afraid of you!!!
Me: (laughing) you sound just like my husband.
And he did not do anything to the gum either. Stan's a good kid, he even offered me a piece of gum from a new unopened pack.
