Ritual last night was a riot! Beltane ritual always is. We were PACKED last night with people. We did not have enough room for all the food that was brought and luckily we had an extra tray. We ran out of room on the first one with all the chalices that were brought. L.D. was impressed with my memory of which chalice belonged to who, when people come up, I hand them to her. They had a big cauldron and it was filled with candles & incense, everyone had a great time jumping the fire. Met a bunch of nice new people, seems our local Christian church has a few parishioners that are open minded enough to enjoy all religions. What a refreshing change that is from some of the people I have had the unfortunate experiance in meeting. In the middle of ritual, my hands began to heat up and tingle, I could feel the energy just flowing from them. When I came home and crawled in to bed, Pudd'n scooted to spoon with me and when I wrapped my arms around him, my hands began to get warm again. I sent the energy into him, nice big healing ball of energy.
I got to call the West qtr last night, I like that one, its by the air conditioning! There was extra incense left over, so they packaged it up and passed it out. As I went to grab one, Wilma said "let me". She then squeezed it in between my clevage. "I've always wanted to do that" she said. I laughed as her boyfriend enviously nodded his head. What was really cute is when Dan, L.D's boyfriend walked me to my car. He's a good foot shorter than me, but wanted to chaperon me, to make sure nothing happened. He even held my elbow. I wanted to laugh, it was so sweet.
It's raining today, of course we had ordered a dumpster so Steve could wreak out the covered patio and a portion of the back fence. I'm looking at Speedy as he's scooting about in the rain. Looks like I'm going to have a big turtle mud ball again.
