GOOD TIMES...........

Pudd'n got us up at the ass crack of dawn yesterday, so we got an early start on what we needed to get done. Went to my favorite home improvement store to get things to finish the patio and other assorted never ending things that need to get done. We then headed over to Aunt Selma's. Pudd'n, Goat and I played on the beach while Steve helped his aunt move some stuff to her new place. We then came home and got ready for our bbq. Athena was due to come by to wash her dirty chonies and eat lots of good food. Lili was hoping to make a cameo apperance before her son's basketball game. Both "ladies" (I DEFINITLY use that term loosly with THOSE two) showed up with in 5 min of each other. We crammed a few weeks of catchin up in the span of 20 min. Lili had jewlery that she no longer wanted, I grabbed the bag to peer inside and Athena told me to just dump it on the table. I eyed her, wondering if I could pick out a few things before she took me down. I had some lipstick for Lili, I always get "gift with purchase" and I don't always like the free lipsticks. They usually look better on Lili any way. I don't do pinks or neutrals. Red, red lipstick is the only color for me.
Lili and her men had to leave, so we started cooking our feast. We got Carne Asada, beans, rice, corn on the cob, pineapple, honey dew, corn torts and flour torts. Oh yes, it would not be complete with out gackamole and salsa (the left overs made a WONDERFUL breakfast today).
We pigged out and then vegged out on the patio. I did my usual drunken tarot card reading for Athena, Steve went out on a beer, cookie and chinese food run(Pudd'n was in the mood for chinese).
Athena and I took some fun photos, soon as she sends them to me, I'll post a few. It was a great evening, hell, it's been a great weekend. Steve has been in a wonderful mood knowing that soon he will leave behind his previous position. Life is good right now.
