A semi bright spot in a sad way...........

The company that Steve works for is gathering up money and goodies for the remaining boys of Derek's troop. So far they have raise $800 in a short amount of time. The GM of the corperation pledged to MATCH every penny given! The huge box they have for personal items to send to Derek's troop is almost full. The funeral for Derek was held this week. Steve is suppose to get Derek's father's address for us. I'm going to make him some spaghetti sauce and freeze it in small quantities. That way if he wants a little something for dinner, all he'll have to do is defrost and enjoy. I can't even imagine the pain that poor family is going through. Derek was only 20 years old. When is it going to end?
