Going to spend the mornig with Pudd'n and his Autistic classmates. We are riding the bus to the local park to walk around and play on the play grounds. They have lovely lakes at this park and lots of ducks & two HUGE geese. I picked up some duck food from the local feed store, I hope none of the kids fall in the pond.
TOOO COOL!!
Pudd'n just came up and let me know he wanted my undivided attension. I followed him to his room to where he said:
"Mumma I"
and he pointed to the tv set.
Now mind you, the kid can turn it on himself. He's going through this phase of wanting us to help him. Okay, fine, I'll help you but you are going to have to start using language to ask for that help.
This is the first morning he actually started to ask for what he wanted with out being prompted. He put two words together! I'm so proud of my baby!!
Before I know it he'll be saying "goddamn it Jack, knock it off!" *wiping a tear of joy from my eye*
