Vegas Dreaming...........

Back to reality, it sucks! Vegas was a complete blast if you haven't figured out by my first blog I wrote last night. I've been reliving some of the moments through out my day today. It was great dressing up and checking out all the freaks that go to Vegas. I only saw 3 brides this time. By the 3rd day my feet were killing me and very grateful to be in tennis shoes ( I was wearing 3 inch boots.......I'm 5'10 in bare feet). Got some more Yule gifts picked up today. I got my sister some angel cards and some lavender essential oil to go with the burner I got for my friend in Texas. I got a cool oil burner at the Pyschic Eye in Vegas. That store had EVERYTHING! Found a beautiful purple ritual robe, but it was on lay away for someone else. I really liked the Rum Jungle, the funky lighting, waterfalls....... The Red Square was neat too. Wish I could of afforded to eat there. Venus had a white & red chocolate confection in her drink when we were there. Lili had some sort of hard candy stir type thing in hers. I had a Key Lime martini. It was very yummy, but at $10.00 a crack. I wasn't drinking more than one. For the most part I'd just order cranberry juice and spike it with my flask. One time when we ordered drinks, Lili took a sip of hers and said "damn, don't taste anything.......oh wait.......Maeve didn't make this one". I did have few Jack & cokes while playing the slots. Can't go too long with out my whiskey! Had an awesome Margarita at one place when we were at Cesar's palace. I would of loved to had made it to the Voodoo lounge cafe, but Lili wasn't following the dress code at the time (no jeans & flip flop sandals). The Voodoo lounge it's self was nice, awesome view from 51 floors up. When the "lounge lizard" started to make his rounds in the crowd, we sucked up our drinks and bee lined it out. The band was nice, but not playing to our age group. Well ok, they were not playing to Lili & Venus age group. I was pretty happy with it. What did suck big time was the cigarette smoke. We are pretty spoiled out here with the "no smoking" policy in all of the buildings. Well I guess I should put some attempt into dinner........
